Avocados = FERTILITY FOOD

Avocados nourish the reproductive organs, you can see this as the Avocado is the shape of a womb with a beautiful healthy seed inside, ready to grow into a tree. It takes exactly nine month to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit.

The lack of healthy fats (Nuts, seeds and fish) and the overdose of unhealthy fats (hydrogenated oils , canola, soy, vegetable oils. Deep fried foods and processed foods) is the main cause of Diabetes, heart disease and Fertility issues, just to name a few!

Never be afraid of good fats in your diet. We need to resurrect our health through eating good fats. There are many essential properties found in foods such as avocado, unheated olive oil and nuts.



NO LOW FAT !! – it’s nutritionally ‘empty’. All that “low fat” achieves is you wanting something ‘more’ to fill the gap because it is full of sugar or salt to make up for the lack of taste, it is extremely hard to digest due to it not being a complete product, the body doesn’t know what to do with it so it then creates toxins in the system…horrible stuff

Avocados are brilliant sources of good fats. Today’s research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. An Avocado a day, keeps the doctor away.
