Birth Imprint Healing 90 minutes | $333 | Online Birth can leave a deep imprint on the body, womb and nervous system — whether your experience was beautiful, traumatic, empowering, disappointing, confusing or simply very different from what you imagined. This 90-minute session is a space to slow down and acknowledge your birth experience, tell your story and process what may still be held within you. Together we gently revisit your birth, allowing space for the emotions, memories and parts of the experience that may not have had the opportunity to be fully felt or acknowledged at the time. The session also includes intuitive energy healing to support release, integration and reconnection with your body and womb. A space to honour what happened, acknowledge what you moved through, and begin integrating your birth experience with greater softness and awareness.
