Taking a few minutes each evening before sleep to gently massage your abdomen is a powerful way to increase circulation, nourish your womb space, and deepen your connection to your feminine body. The womb naturally receives only a small percentage of the body’s blood flow, so bringing warmth, touch and intention helps invite fresh, oxygen-rich blood, vitality and life-force back into this sacred centre.

    How to Perform Your Self Fertility Massage

    1. Preparation• Empty your bladder• Lie on your back, knees supported with a pillow to soften the belly• Allow your abdominal muscles to relax and your pelvis to settle

    2. Warm + Activate• Place a little warm black sesame oil or hormone balance oil in your belly button• Rub your hands together to warm your palms and awaken your chi energy

    3. Massage Flow• With soft, nurturing hands, begin spiralling outward from your belly button• Move into larger gentle clockwise circles• Follow the flow of the digestive system:– From the right hip up the ascending colon– Across below the ribs (liver + transverse colon)– Down the left side (descending colon)– Across the womb space and back up the right side• Continue this rhythmic motion for a few minutes

    4. Sacred Points + Emotional ReleaseThere are key meridian / marma points around the abdomen that help support womb health, emotional release and digestive flow. Using your thumb, gently circle each point clockwise 8 times:

    1️⃣ Heart, spleen + liver emotional meridian – supporting emotional healing

    2️⃣ Ileocecal valve – helping release stagnation between the small + large intestine

    3️⃣ Uterus marma point – stimulating blood flow + chi to the womb (avoid during menstruation + pregnancy)


    e. The blue line between the sternum and belly button is where many women store emotional + ancestral womb wounds. Gently massage downward at least three times while breathing deeply to invite release and softening.


    Completion Slowly spiral back inward toward the navel, grounding your energy and sealing the practice with one hand over your womb and the other over your heart.


    Important To Note

    ❌ Avoid massaging directly over the womb during menstruation or pregnancy.

    ❌ Skip if you have acute infection, fever, recent abdominal surgery or medical complications unless guided by a practitioner.
